CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All products are handcrafted with wool blend fibers, so please hand wash them gently and lay flat to air dry. Spot treatments are best if at all possible. If harsh washing methods are used, the fiber can become misshapen/ felt-like and it's not fun. 

If your item comes with a pom (both yarn and faux fur) please do not submerge it during cleaning. 

 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, boo; we do! We are always looking to make your visions come to life, so chat with us about your most recent knitwear dreamscape and we'll see about making it happen. We work mainly with bulky/chunky yarns and specialize in accessories and home goods (but, let's be honest, who's never game for a little challenge?). 

Some of our listings also include the option to request a custom color (this mainly applies to the Home collection so we can better serve you and your home's unique charm). Just email us at hello@knitologyco.com and we'll chat color!

 

DO YOU SELL THE PATTERNS TO YOUR KNITWEAR?

Yes! We offer a select few of the patterns for items currently on the site, and have blog updates with some freebies or inside scoops to methods as well. These patterns are available here on our website, or over on the ol' Etsy if that's more convenient for you. 

 

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

We are unable to change the address on items already released for shipping, however, please email us at hello@knitology.com to see if your order is eligible for an address change. 

 

CAN I BE ADDED TO YOUR EMAIL LIST?

Uh, yes! We'll even send you 10% off of your first purchase just for being a kind human. You can sign up easily in the footer below. 

 

WHERE CAN I FIND MY DOWNLOADABLE FILES?

Once the transaction is completed, you'll be redirected to a Thank You page where you can download your file(s). If you'd like to wait on it, you'll also be sent an email with a link to download the file that will expire after 30 days.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED, BUT IT'S NOT HERE?

First things first, double and triple check that the address we were provided with is 100% correct. If it is, we suggest checking with your neighbors first! Sometimes the packages are accidentally delivered to them (silly USPS). If this isn't the case, there's a chance your package could still be on the truck, so wait a few days to see if it magically turns up! If at this point you're so sad that your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us at hello@knitology.com to let us know you haven't received your goodies yet.
